Make Your House Work for You

We try to incorporate universal design into every renovation because making our homes more inclusive is just the right thing to do; and, we are good at accessibility improvements.

In 1944, Edmund Desjardins was confined to a wheelchair as a result of a training accident at Sandhurst Military College in England. He moved to British Columbia and dedicated his life to improving accessibility for all. His work has benefited the lives of thousands. The Building Accessibility Handbook is one part of his legacy.

Also, there may be a federal and or provincial income tax credit available to you.

Testimonial

“The new bathroom layout and level entry shower are perfect. The barrier free design permits Gerry to shower himself. Without it, I could not have had him home as the old access was impossible for his wheelchair. With appreciation, gratitude, and warmest regards.” — Gillian Murad and Gerry Stanford
